Zoom Sessions

I offer single sessions as well as ongoing facilitation via Zoom or Skype.

I’m here to support you to really dive deeply into living from your heart and finding more clarity around the people you care about, including yourself, and to shift the challenges in your relationships one by one. You are welcome to bring any relationship challenge or topic that causes stress, anger, pain, resentment, sadness or frustration in your life to these sessions.

One or two sessions may be sufficient to completely shift your perspective regarding a specific relationship issue, and may be all you need or want.

Ongoing facilitation is an opportunity to take more time and go deeper, and to address different aspects of a challenging relationship. It gives you a chance to test, refine and expand your discoveries, and to come back and get more help whenever you feel stuck or challenged along the way.

What typically happens in a session is that we start off by identifying and exploring at a specific stressful situation in the context of a relationship you have in your life, e.g. with your partner, a family member, friend, relative, acquaintance, boss or co-worker. It might be a recurring situation, or a situation from your past that only happened once, but still distresses you. We identify how you feel in that situation, how you perceive their actions, what you want and need from them, and what you think and believe about them. You also get to have a go at being really petty and judging them, which can be a lot of fun.

In the next step, we explore these thoughts and beliefs using the four questions of The Work. You get to explore and test for yourself whether what you think happened in that situation is really true, and try out a different perspective for yourself.

This is not about denying what happened, or gaslighting yourself. Rather, it is about getting still and taking another look, getting in touch with your inner wisdom, and discovering a perspective that offers you freedom and peace. Rather than just being a mental exercise or philosophical exploration, this simple process can bring about radical emotional shifts.
